As a Team Leader – Event Service (Banquet), you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of banquet services in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting associates, guests, and owner expectations. You will oversee the day‑to‑day coordination of event service, ensuring that all functions are delivered seamlessly with exceptional service quality, contributing to memorable guest experiences and the overall success of the hotel's events operations.

Qualifications

  • Experienced and service‑driven banquet professional with proven ability to deliver high‑quality event operations.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in banquet or event service, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale environments.
  • Strong understanding of banquet operations, event setup, service sequences, and guest experience standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and English skills, with a guest‑centric approach.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth execution of multiple events simultaneously.
  • A positive, dynamic personality with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
