We are looking for UX Researcher to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Delegating members to finish team goals.

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Supporting to Conduct half year performance reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Working with Product Owner and Technical Manager directly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years experience working with Agile/Scrum

Plus point: Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master)

On-the-job training.

Excellent communication skills.

Confidence and skillful leadership skills.

Jira experience or similar

Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
