Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business unit
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business objectives
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop and continuously improve FP&A report to support business strategy.
- Analyse and present actual performance versus forecast and budget to the BU leadership team.
- Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
- Process Improvement & Controls
- Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and internal controls
- Promote efficiency, data accuracy, and standardization
- Additional Support to Management
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for management initiatives
Education & Experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance in manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or in related discipline.
Skills
- Good command of MS Office, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate-level English
- Detailed-oriented person, able to work efficiently and accurately.
- Familiar with Accounting system, knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP system is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Working in office, full time/ Manufacturing company.
Physical Requirements
- Working under high pressure, with independent thinking and an active in working.
