Vietbank is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Card and Digital Banking Transaction Control, ensuring operational excellence, fraud prevention and transaction risk management across Card, ATM, POS and Digital Banking channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Card & Digital Banking Transaction Control team.
- Monitor and control Card, ATM, POS and Digital Banking transactions to prevent fraud and operational risks.
- Develop transaction monitoring rules, early warning indicators and fraud detection mechanisms.
- Oversee eKYC post-review and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage fraud investigation, incident handling and reporting to regulators and card organizations.
- Coordinate with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Napas and relevant stakeholders to ensure secure payment operations.
- Improve operational processes, service quality and transaction control efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop team members while ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Card Operations, Digital Banking Operations, Payment Operations or Fraud Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of Card Operations, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud Prevention, eKYC and Digital Banking.
- Experience working with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Napas or other payment schemes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
