Overview:
The Team Head - Relationship Manager, Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) is responsible for leading the branch's BCB sales team to drive growth in lending, CASA, and fee income. You will position the bank as a holistic solution provider for business and corporate communities. This role involves supervising Relationship Managers, managing portfolio credit quality, and ensuring the achievement of strategic financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Deal Execution
- Source, originate, structure, and execute transactions aligned with customer needs and bank strategic priorities to meet assigned business targets (loans, deposits, profitability, NPL).
- Lead the team to establish new accounts and grow interest and fee income in line with the bank's targets.
- Market and promote the bank's products to existing and potential customers, acting as a holistic banking solution provider.
Team Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Supervise and coach the BCB sales team on product knowledge, sales approaches, and relationship management to maximize performance.
- Manage portfolio credit quality by keeping abreast of industry developments, conducting timely credit reviews, and preserving asset quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client requirements and troubleshoot operational issues systematically.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or Economics.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in Financial Institutions; experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or FDI sectors is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business clients.
