Job Description
- Advise business operations on tax planning, compliance, and internal control requirements.
- Ensure full documentation for intercompany transactions to secure tax deductibility.
- Coordinate Tax & Treasury Committee meetings and align with Group guidelines.
- Deploy treasury strategy and manage FX exposure, hedging, pricing, and liquidity.
- Analyze cash flow forecasts (short & long term) to improve cash and liquidity management.
- Drive cash-flow accuracy by collaborating across multiple functions.
- Lead negotiations for credit/guarantee lines, interest rates, deposits, and pricing.
- Implement insurance programs to cover business risks.
- Review financial processes, internal controls (ICFR), and manage external audits.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Skills
- Accounting or legal qualifications such as CPA; experience in a professional firm or NTS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tax, treasury, financial controls, and economic trends.
- Ability to interpret tax legislation and guide the organization on compliance.
- Experience initiating and supervising tax planning measures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams, auditors, and authorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with sound commercial and financial judgment.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with government authorities.
- Bachelor's degree with professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA, CA).
