1/ Accountabilities
- Identify tax risks, work with Corporate Tax, Tax consultant and CFO to minimize tax risks
- Prepare tax returns for the assigned taxes (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and other taxes)
- Reconcile tax returns vs the records in system
- Reconcile tax balance between tax returns/ balance of tax accounts in system vs Tax authority's records & resolve the deviation (if any)
- Work with tax consultant, Corporate tax to prepare Transfer Pricing documents
- Keep records of assigned tax returns, tax payments & other records (if required)
- Make sure the tax returns & payments of taxes are submitted/ processed timely
- Arrange tax training internally for Products/ Operation/ Sales/ Finance
- Be the contact, advisor for all tax matters, responsible for internal and external (customer, supplier,...)
- Liaise with tax officers regarding tax matters, including tax balances, issues, and audits.
- Initiate the necessary changes to maximize company tax benefit
- Work with Legal to prepare the required contract, review & provide advice related to customer/ supplier's contract
- Prepare the clarification letter sent to tax officers to seek the advice related to tax matters
- Update changes of taxes for stakeholders
- Be the control executor of Tax internal controls (ICS)
- Other tax related tasks assigned by CFO
2/ Job Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in taxes
- University degree in Finance or equivalent plus 5+ years of experience in related field
- Proven hands-on experience in used accounting system
- Knowledge of accounting standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements
- High degree of conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English
- Ability to take initiatives and follow-up with details
- Experience of working with an outsourced team is essential
- Time management skill
