Description:
1. Tax, Advisory & Outsourcing Services
Review accounting records, supporting documents and bookkeeping prepared by team members.
Review and finalize client deliverables including:
Financial Statements (FS)
VAT / FCT / PIT / CIT returns
Payroll and statutory reports
Annual tax finalization and compliance reports.
Provide tax, accounting and business advisory services to clients.
Identify compliance risks and propose practical solutions for clients.
Review reconciliations, schedules and supporting reports.
Support clients during tax audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
Ensure service quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Client Management & Chinese Desk
Act as key contact point for assigned Chinese-speaking and FDI clients.
Support meetings, emails, reporting and communication in Chinese.
Coordinate with tax, advisory, outsourcing and audit teams to support client engagements.
Participate in client meetings, proposals, fee quotations and onboarding of new clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a professional service mindset.
3. Advanced responsibilities for Assistant Manager/Manager level - Team Supervision & Project Management.
Supervise and review work of junior/senior staff.
Monitor project timelines, workload and deliverables.
Provide coaching, technical guidance and on-the-job training.
Support process improvement and internal compliance requirements.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Tax, or related fields.
· Experience levels:
o Senior Consultant (Targeting AM promotion): Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
o Assistant Manager: Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.
o Manager: Minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
· Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax, accounting, and compliance regulations.
· Experience working with FDI and Chinese-speaking clients is highly preferred.
· Language skills:
o Chinese communication skills: Required (working proficiency, equivalent to HSK 5 or above).
o English communication skills: An advantage.
· Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
· CPA (Vietnam) / ACCA / CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
· Experience in professional services firms, tax advisory, or outsourcing services firms.
