About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Accounting Manager to lead and manage all corporate tax operations across the company.
This role goes beyond tax reporting you will act as a strategic advisor to the CFO & leadership team, ensuring full compliance, minimizing tax risks, and supporting business decisions related to contracts, investments, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all tax matters: VAT, CIT, PIT, Foreign Contractor Tax, tax refunds & audits
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings
- Work directly with tax authorities and external auditors
- Advise on tax structures for contracts, projects, and investments
- Monitor invoices, deductions, and ERP/accounting reconciliations
- Update new tax regulations and guide internal departments
- Build internal tax processes, checklists, and compliance frameworks
- Coach and develop the internal tax accounting team
- Oversee Social Insurance compliance (SI/HI/UI)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of tax accounting experience
- At least 2 years managing enterprise-wide tax operations
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
- Hands-on experience with tax audits and tax authorities
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- CPA/ACMA/ACCA/Chief Accountant certification is a plus
