Work Location: 31D Ly Tu Trong, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh

Reporting to: CFO

Salary Range: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in accordance with current regulations.
• Input Invoice Management: Collect, archive, and verify input invoices; ensure all invoices are fully and accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Output Invoice Oversight: Monitor the issuance of output invoices and ensure all sales transactions are correctly booked.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular cross-checks between input/output invoices and accounting books to identify and resolve any missing entries or discrepancies.
• Tax Liability Tracking: Monitor tax payable balances and reconcile them with the general ledger; provide clear explanations for any differences.
• Tax Finalization: Prepare necessary documentation and dossiers for monthly tax finalization and audits.
• Direct Reporting: Directly report financial status and tax risks to the CFO.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a Tax Accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of local tax laws, VAT, CIT, and PIT regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and analytical skills.
