Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute assigned tasks under the direction of the Deputy Head of Warehouse & Delivery / Director of the Logistics Center in searching, setting up, and operating new Branch warehouses according to plan.
  • Analyze warehouse capacity requirements to support BOD's business expansion objectives, while optimizing operating costs.
  • Design warehouse layouts in a scientific, efficient, and safe manner, aligned with actual operational needs.
  • Develop and implement detailed warehouse project plans, including timeline, manpower, cost, and risk management.
  • Ensure warehouse operating procedures at Branch warehouses are fully implemented and compliant with company regulations.
  • Perform inbound operations (unloading, counting, labeling, put-away) and outbound operations (picking, counting, packing).
  • Proactively arrange or forecast manpower shortages, and resolve operational issues arising at Branch warehouses.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with fire prevention & safety, occupational safety, health, and warehouse security regulations.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on job-specific operational procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with related departments: QA, HR, Category Operations, Category PM, Location, etc.
  • Report progress, results, and incidents related to warehouse projects and operations to management in a timely manner.
  • Willing to travel for business and provide support when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate level or higher education.
  • 12 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and storage systems.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license: B2 or higher (mandatory).
  • Able to drive a car and willing to travel for work.
