Talent Sourcing Specialist - Based in Ha Noi

Role Description

This role focuses on sourcing and building a strong pipeline of potential candidates, supporting recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, and closely collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team throughout the hiring process. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract suitable candidates.

In addition, you will work directly with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of qualified candidates, contributing to the overall effectiveness of recruitment for key positions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Mass recruitment or the Outsourcing/Staffing industry
• Strong ability to utilize and develop sourcing channels (Facebook, job sites, social media, etc.) to reach potential candidates
• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline building; familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Good communication skills, proactive in engaging and connecting with candidates
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• College/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
