The Role

As a Recruiting Sourcer Intern, you'll be part of our candidate acquisition team and support our consultants in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You'll gain hands-on experience in modern sourcing strategies, recruitment automation tools, and market mapping ideal for anyone who wants to start a career in talent acquisition or HR tech.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future searches
• Write engaging outreach messages to attract candidates
• Support with market and competitor analyses
• Help maintain and update candidate data in our CRM/ATS (e.g., RecruitCRM)
• Collaborate with recruiters on live assignments and talent projects

Your Profile

• Currently studying Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field
• Passionate about recruitment, people, and technology
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Confident using LinkedIn and other online tools
• Excellent English skills (German a plus, but not required)
