Position: Talent Pool - Regional After-Sales Operations Management
Division: VinFast Vietnam After-Sales Service
Workplace: Hanoi, with overseas assignments as designated
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all after-sales operations within
the assigned region to ensure efficient service performance, optimized service quality, and
enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- After-Sales Operations Management
- Monitor and coordinate after-sales service activities across distributors within the
assigned region to ensure effective operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Supervise and control the implementation of technical rectification programs and
product recall campaigns according to corporate plans.
- Support the establishment and development of new Service Workshops (XDV) in the
region.
- Handle operational issues beyond distributor authority and capability by working
with internal departments to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Customer Complaint Management
- Collaborate with relevant departments to receive, assess, and resolve customer
complaints related to service quality and repair operations, ensuring the highest
level of satisfaction.
- Spare Parts Management
- Oversee spare parts operations at dealerships, including inventory control,
arrangement, and optimization to ensure efficient usage and timely support for
repair activities.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in after-sales service, warranty, repair operations
preferably within the automotive or mechanical industry.
- Experience in project management, operational coordination, and team leadership.
Skills
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and complaint-handling abilities.
- Effective organizational skills, time management, and the ability to respond quickly
to operational issues.
- Solid understanding of spare parts management, inventory optimization, and supply
chain processes.
