Job Description
- Develop mechanisms/policies/programs aimed at identifying and developing talent groups
- Provide guidance on implementing these mechanisms/policies/programs for talent groups to member units
- Act as the key contact for organizing the implementation of certain mechanisms/policies/programs for talent groups at the Group level
- Evaluate the effectiveness of policies/programs for talent groups
- Implement planning, rotation, and appointment tasks for key personnel and senior management staff
- Perform other tasks as required by direct management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good logical thinking and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in teams, proactive, capable of working under high pressure
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, etc.
