Job Description

  • Develop mechanisms/policies/programs aimed at identifying and developing talent groups
  • Provide guidance on implementing these mechanisms/policies/programs for talent groups to member units
  • Act as the key contact for organizing the implementation of certain mechanisms/policies/programs for talent groups at the Group level
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of policies/programs for talent groups
  • Implement planning, rotation, and appointment tasks for key personnel and senior management staff
  • Perform other tasks as required by direct management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good logical thinking and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, proactive, capable of working under high pressure
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, etc.
