Digiworld is looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our HR team and drive talent growth across the organization
Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and develop annual learning plans aligned with organizational capability development
- Design, implement, and evaluate competency-based training programs
- Manage talent development initiatives, including talent pool and succession planning
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Competency Framework
- Operate and optimize LMS / E-learning platforms and coordinate with training partners
- Measure training effectiveness using data and propose continuous improvements
- Stay updated on learning trends, technology, and AI applications in training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D / Talent Development / HR Development
- Experience in delivering internal training programs
- Hands-on experience with LMS / E-learning systems
- Strong skills in training design, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling
- Logical and system-thinking mindset, proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
- Good English communication skills

- Interest in applying AI and digital tools in learning & development
