The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing leadership, professional, and general training programs within the organization.
This role focuses on assessing training needs, creating and delivering customized training content, and ensuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives through post-training evaluations.
Additionally, the Learning and Development Specialist will support the management and continuous improvement of the E-Learning platform, ensuring relevance and engagement through content development, tracking learner progress, and promoting platform usage.
Leadership and Training Program Management
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify both annual and ad-hoc training needs for leadership and key roles within the organization.
- Training Program Design: Develop a structured training plan to address identified needs, with clear learning objectives and outcomes aligned to competency gaps. Leverage modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, gamification, and case studies to enhance engagement.
- Content Development: Create comprehensive training materials that align with defined learning objectives, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and multimedia content (e.g., videos) tailored to the target audience. Integrate interactive components such as quizzes, group discussions, and case studies to foster dynamic learning experiences.
- Training Delivery and Coordination: Implement the training plan, ensuring seamless delivery of content. Lead or co-facilitate selected training sessions, driving participant engagement and interaction. Provide necessary support to trainers and participants to ensure the smooth execution of the sessions. Administer assessments during the training to evaluate understanding and engagement.
- Post-Training Evaluation: Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training program, including feedback analysis and measurement of learning outcomes to inform future improvements.
Professional and General Training
- Training Localization and Delivery: Support the localization and implementation of professional and general/soft skills workshops, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each country.
- Content Development and Training Support: Develop training materials and provide support for the delivery of system or tool-based training, as well as other general training initiatives, as required.
E-Learning Center Management Support
- Content Development and Updates: Develop and continuously update E-Learning content to ensure it remains relevant and effective for learners.
- E-Learning Path Creation: Create and manage E-Learning maps or learning paths aligned with position requirements and organizational goals.
- Progress Monitoring and Management: Track and manage learner progress through E-Learning programs, ensuring high levels of engagement and course completion.
- Platform Promotion and Training: Promote the E-Learning platform, providing training and support to users to facilitate adoption and enhance proficiency.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree. Major in Human Resources is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a L&D/T&D role or a related field.
- Experience in managing E-learning platforms is a plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- Proficient in English.
