THE TEAM

The Talent & Culture team is dedicated to creating an exceptional associate experience by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent.

Working closely with leaders across the resort, the team drives learning and development initiatives, talent management programs, succession planning, associate engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

As Talent & Development Executive, you will support the Talent & Development Manager in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development initiatives across the resort.

You will play a key role in managing associates learning journeys, facilitating training programs, supporting talent development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and career growth.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Coordinate and administer onboarding, orientation, and compliance training programs (from Rosewood Hotel Group, Ownership and Legally Mandatory Training)
  • Facilitate learning initiatives including service culture, guest experience, leadership, and brand standards
  • Prepare monthly learning & activity calendar
  • Support LQA, SOP, and guest service training initiatives
  • Identify learning needs and develop training plans
  • Coordinate leadership and talent development programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Support associate engagement and recognition programs
  • Assist D.E.I & Sustainability initiatives
  • Coordinate internal trainers and subject matter experts
  • Handle internal communication channels
  • Support other T&C tasks when needed

COULD THIS BE YOU

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
  • Creative mindset and learning content development ability
  • Passion for perfection
  • Certified Trainer qualification is an advantage
  • 1–2-year hotel/resort operation experience is preferred
