Job Description

  • Assists the Director of Talent & Culture in developing and implementing all Talent & Culture strategies, including policies, practices, and systems that influence associates attitude, behaviour, and performance.
  • Drives the Company vision, mission, and core values throughout the hotel to shape the service culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Works with other Heads of department on organizational/departmental structure, workforce productivity through job analysis and work design.
  • Ensures all the functions of Talent & Culture, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Employee Relations, and Law compliance, are implemented effectively.
