Assists the Director of Talent & Culture in developing and implementing all Talent & Culture strategies, including policies, practices, and systems that influence associates attitude, behaviour, and performance.
Drives the Company vision, mission, and core values throughout the hotel to shape the service culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Works with other Heads of department on organizational/departmental structure, workforce productivity through job analysis and work design.
Ensures all the functions of Talent & Culture, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Employee Relations, and Law compliance, are implemented effectively.
