Lead and drive HR initiatives across employer branding, employee relations, and workforce development, talent acquisition to ensure a strong talent pipeline and a positive, engaging work environment.
Employer Branding
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the company's image in the labor market
Manage recruitment communication content and channels
Talent Pipeline & Community Outreach:
Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline
Establish partnerships with universities, communities, and external stakeholders
Organize candidate engagement activities (career fairs, workshops, campus programs)
Communication & Employee Relations:
Drive HR internal communication initiatives
Support Employee Relations (ER): handle employee concerns, provide policy guidance, and maintain a positive work environment
Partner with management to strengthen company culture
Talent Acquisition & Market Intelligence:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IDL positions
Conduct talent mapping for critical roles
Analyze market insights (salary trends, competitors, talent pool) to propose effective hiring solutions
Leadership & Team Management
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
