Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Recruitment Manager role.
Proven experience in senior-level recruitment and fulfilling strategic talent requirements.
Strong knowledge of modern recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English for professional communication.
