Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Lead the recruitment of senior-level positions, ensuring the company's strategic talent needs are fully met.

Develop and execute annual recruitment plans aligned with company goals and HR strategies.

Design and improve recruitment tools and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hiring.

Manage recruitment vendors and budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.

Supervise, guide, and develop the recruitment team to improve capability and performance.

Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports to management as required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Recruitment Manager role.

Proven experience in senior-level recruitment and fulfilling strategic talent requirements.

Strong knowledge of modern recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in English for professional communication.
