Job Description

  • Lead the recruitment of senior-level positions, ensuring the company's strategic talent needs are fully met.

  • Develop and execute annual recruitment plans aligned with company goals and HR strategies.

  • Design and improve recruitment tools and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hiring.

  • Manage recruitment vendors and budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.

  • Supervise, guide, and develop the recruitment team to improve capability and performance.

  • Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports to management as required.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Recruitment Manager role.

  • Proven experience in senior-level recruitment and fulfilling strategic talent requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in English for professional communication.
