About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive proactive hiring strategies, manage a few recruitment team memebers, and build strong pipelines of top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven sourcing expertise, strong market knowledge, and established networks with both candidates and professional headhunters.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels, networks, and headhunter partnerships to ensure high-quality talent pools.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the TA team base in different location to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices in candidate experience, employer branding, and compliance.
  • Monitor TA performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Partner with business leaders and local HRM to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Maintain strong professional connections with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and industry talent communities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in financial services/CFD/web3 or related industry
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in proactive sourcing and headhunting across regional or multi-market environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing TA team.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Established network of talent and headhunter/recruitment agency connections.
