Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader based in Long Bien - Hanoi. The role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring compliance with HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and fostering productive employee relations. You will play a pivotal role in building a talented workforce that supports the company's strategic goals in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Recruitment Manager role.
• Strong background in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies
• Proven ability to manage Employee Relations and create positive workplace dynamics
• Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition best practices in the construction field
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong decision-making skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience within the construction or engineering sector is a plus
