Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Talent Acquisition Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition delivery across the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Recruitment & Retention (70%)

• Serves as the primary contact point between TA and Hiring Managers/BUs, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements, staffing priorities, and timelines.

• Develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines for critical roles, and improves channels such as job boards, referrals, headhunts partnerships, and vendor management.

• Implements standardized processes, monitors KPIs (lead-time, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate), and ensures adherence to HR and labor regulations.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.

• Monitor hiring agenda whole year & staff movement plan to support business plan.

• Ensures that all recruitment activities—including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding are executed effectively and in compliance with company policies.

• Monitor headcount plan- Control annual recruitment budget.

• Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.

• Facilitate newcomer process- Provide induction for newcomers.

• Provides regular updates on recruitment performance, market challenges, and hiring forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.

• Design the recruitment dashboard & simplify complex data into a high-level report for Leadership.

2. Organizational Capability Development (30%)

• Develop, communication and facilitate company culture initiatives across the whole organization.

• Facilitate Performance Management System nationwide - to staffs at all levels.

• Involve in performance & talent assessment for internal promotion/movement decision.

• Ensure Job description of all functions available and updated.

• Ad-hoc jobs required by Dept. Head or Board of Director

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in HR or Business Administration.

• At least 5-7 years experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or HR management.

• Passion/experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

• Deep understanding of recruitment tools and market trends

• Strong leadership and communication.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects under tight timelines.

• Stakeholder management with a customer-centric mindset.

• Data & Dashboard Management.

• Strong communication for candidate engagement and stakeholder alignment.

• Negotiating offers, timelines, and vendor terms.

• Managing conflict and difficult conversations professionally.
