Job Description

Location: Hallmark building, 15 Tran Bach Dang, An Khanh Ward, HCMC

Working time: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Source both active and passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and ensure smooth process documentation.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. sourcing conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance).
  • Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or tech-related industries.
  • Solid experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with hiring managers and stakeholders across different levels.
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, international, or tech start-up environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment analytics or live-reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
