Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Level: Middle - Senior

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working with the hiring manager to clarify requirements, manage jobs, and submit candidates.
- Researching and regularly keeping up with market rates by role and region.
- Directly recruiting and sourcing suitable candidates.
- During the process of working with HM, learning recruitment techniques and building a candidate network.
- Updating and communicating with the team, testing and monitoring recruitment campaigns and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficient in English (Chinese, or Japanese proficiency is a plus).
- Experience in headhunting, especially for mid-level and above positions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
