Job Description

Job purpose

Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market.

Duties And Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Recruitment & Selection Process

  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Design and manage the recruitment and selection process (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and company culture.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.

Employer Branding &Candidate Relationship Management

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at events such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Represent the company internally and externally to build networks and relationships with potential candidate communities.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate regularly with the HR department to align on hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.

Job Specifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or relevant fields.

  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
