Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales & Back-Office)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Fundiin, with a focus on sales roles (including mass field sales hiring) and back-office positions.
Accountabilities
- Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Plan and execute end-to-end hiring campaigns for field sales teams (mass) and back-office positions.
- Build talent pipelines, support mass hiring strategies for sales expansion, including job boards, social media, referrals, and on-ground field recruitment
- Maintain updated talent maps for critical roles and locations.
Recruitment Operations
- Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, and manage selection processes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding with hiring managers and HR ops.
- Guide hiring managers on competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years recruitment experience, ideally in sales/field sales and back-office hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills and proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
