Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Support offer negotiation, candidate follow-up, and onboarding
• Track and report recruitment metrics
• Contribute to employer branding activities
• Manage and track company equipment/assets for employees (allocation, handover, and records)

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Data-driven mindset; familiarity with ATS is a plus
