Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition Tasks (70%):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical positions across various technology stacks within the Engineering team.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and CEO to understand hiring needs, team structure, and candidate requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, job board and communities.
- Proactively approach and engage passive candidates for critical hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, market insights, and talent movements to support recruitment strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring effectiveness.
Administrative Tasks (20%):
- Organize and manage office administrative tasks.
- Assist the Admin with planning and organizing birthdays, company trips, team-building activities, and other events.
- Process office expenses and prepare payment requests.
Human Resources Tasks (10%):
- Track employee attendance, timesheets, and annual leave.
- Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing/software development industry and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for multiple technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, BA, PM, etc.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across recruitment platforms and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.).
- Proven ability in candidate screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools/platforms.
