Role Description
Ensure the sourcing, attraction, and selection of qualified talents to meet the staffing needs of all departments in a timely manner. Build and develop the EPI employer brand, maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, and optimize the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Operations:
- Receive and analyze recruitment requests from departments; develop periodic and ad-hoc recruitment plans.
- Draft and post job advertisements across channels (website, social media, job boards, EPI Careers fanpage).
- Source, screen candidate profiles, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring departments to arrange technical interviews, evaluate and recommend suitable candidates.
2.Recruitment Process Management & Onboarding:
- Monitor and manage the entire recruitment process from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
- Negotiate and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding program for new hires.
- Track and evaluate candidates during the probation period in collaboration with direct managers.
3.Employer Branding & Reporting:
- Build and develop a talent pool for strategic positions.
- Coordinate employer branding activities and initiatives.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports: quantity, quality, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and AI Agents to automate recruitment workflows, generate reports, and enhance overall recruitment quality.
- Support other HR-GA projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, including structured interviews and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to represent the company's culture and opportunities across online and offline channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common recruitment tools or platforms.
- Knowledge of talent markets relevant to technology, electronics, or engineering roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, fair, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Good English communication (equivalent to IELTS 5.5+ or TOEIC 600+); able to conduct interviews and work in English.
