Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) – Customer Support

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end hiring of customer support roles, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking talent, ensuring timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer Support roles
• Source Mandarin-speaking candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment metrics
• Support bulk hiring and ramp-up requirements

Requirements

• Experience in Volume/BPO hiring preferred
• Mandarin proficiency: Native or Certified required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms
