About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing Focus) to join our fast growing team at JD Logistics. This role is critical in developing strong talent pipelines for the logistics and operational roles across countries.
The ideal candidate is creative and resourceful in identifying talent, highly skilled in market mapping, and able to engage passive candidates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This position offers growth opportunity to expand into a broader TA scope not limited to people management and strategy development, leading a talent sourcing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a sourcing specialist to identify, engage, and attract top talent across logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing channels (Job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, industry groups, referrals, talent communities).
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide insights on talent availability and tracking competitor hiring trends.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiling.
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements before submission to recruiters/hiring managers.
- Drive candidate relationship management campaigns and to develop long-term relationships with passive candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate engagement experience and strengthen employer branding in conducting sourcing activities.
- Track sourcing metrics (pipeline conversion, response rates, source effectiveness) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of sourcing playbooks, tools, and best practices as the function scales
- Strong in stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 5 years and above relevant experience
- Fluent with Mandarin and English languages to support multiple markets
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, ideally within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or high-volume operational hiring.
- Strong talent sourcing skills and methodology in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to conduct talent mapping and generate market/talent insights.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
