About the Job:
We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented anTalent Acquisition & Market Research Executivewith at least 3-5 years of experience in Executive Search firms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in identifying and managing experts to support on market research projects as well as other recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing
- Coordinate expert recruitment efforts by identifying, screening, and onboarding experts for research projects.
- Support other recruitment activities as needed, including assisting the team with talent sourcing and candidate coordination.
- Manage end-to-end expert engagement operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external expert network providers to maintain a reliable pool of industry professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of expert outreach, contracts, availability, and communications.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance sourcing workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, client confidentiality, and ethical sourcing standards.
2. Market Research & Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end management of market research projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct fieldwork, interviews, surveys, and legal/market intelligence gathering.
- Ensure research quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Interpret data and develop strategic insights tailored to client or internal objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization.
- Current permanent residency in Hanoi is preferred due to stakeholders management.
- Minimum3-5 yearsof experience intalent sourcing.
- Prior experience in expert sourcing, panel management, or recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proactive and extroverted attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team setting.
