Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment process by managing full-life cycle recruitment efforts, sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates, and overseeing the hiring process.
- The role also includes strategizing and implementing employer branding initiatives to build a strong company brand, conducting interviews effectively, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
- The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Ability to design and execute Employer Branding initiatives
- Proven experience in the Hiring process, including fostering positive candidate experiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Understanding of labor laws and employment practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field, with a focus on recruitment, and at least 2 years at a managerial level
- Ability to communicate in English
