Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with solid HR business partnering capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units, including manpower planning, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage recruitment for critical, managerial, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple functions
  • Ensure a high-quality and efficient hiring process, delivering strong candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and hiring recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, quality, and speed
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely hiring outcomes
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process enhancement initiatives

HR Business Partnering (40%)

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Support workforce planning and organizational structure initiatives to meet current and future business needs
  • Partner with managers on performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and succession planning discussions
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and practices
  • Analyze people metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives within assigned business units
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational changes and transformation initiatives
  • Identify capability gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to support development planning
  • Participate in and lead HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HR Business Partnering
  • Proven track record in leading recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels, including critical and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, expatriates, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
