Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- A thorough understanding of labor laws and hiring practices in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
