In this role, you will lead AWING's talent acquisition engine for the Southern region, with a strong focus on building high-quality pipelines for Media/AdTech/MarTech and business (BD/Sales) talent to fuel the company's aggressive growth plan. This is also an opportunity to grow beyond TA & Employer Branding and gradually move toward a broader HRBP career path, with a clear promotion track to TA Manager (TAM) as the team and business scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Talent Acquisition for the Southern Region

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for AWING's Southern region (HCM and surrounding market), aligning hiring initiatives with business goals and talent needs - with a strong focus on Media/AdTech/MarTech and business (BD/Sales) talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations and ensure a strategic hiring approach.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on candidate selection and hiring trends.
  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce planning to optimize recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency (fill rate, CPH, SLA).
  • Enhance the candidate experience by leveraging technology-driven hiring solutions and best-in-class hiring practices.

2. Lead Employer Branding Initiatives

  • Design and execute an employer branding strategy to strengthen AWING's talent presence in the Southern region.
  • Lead employee advocacy programs, fostering internal engagement and talent attraction through storytelling and brand ambassadorship.
  • Represent AWING at industry events, recruitment fairs, and professional networking forums to expand our employer brand presence.
  • Manage AWING's career platforms, social media presence, and job portals to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to create compelling employer brand content and recruitment campaigns.
  • Measure and track employer branding effectiveness, including application rates, talent engagement, and brand perception.

3. Lead and Mentor the TA Team

  • Lead and mentor the TA - HCM team to enhance performance and effectiveness, setting clear KPIs and coaching individual development.

4. Other Tasks in the HCD Department

  • Take on other HCD department tasks and projects as assigned, including opportunities to learn and contribute to L&D, OD.. as part of a broader HRBP development path.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with prior experience recruiting for Media/AdTech/MarTech/MKT Agency domain strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting business/sales (BD) roles is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, or mentor a small TA team; candidates ready to step into people management are welcome even without direct prior experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking and improving TA operational metrics (fill rate, CPH, SLA).
  • Proactive, growth-oriented, and eager to expand into broader HR functions beyond TA & Employer Branding.
  • No prior multi-country/international recruitment experience required — this role is focused on AWING's Southern region market.
