About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process and assist the TA team in delivering a seamless talent experience. The role is designed for students or fresh graduates who want to build strong fundamentals in Talent Acquisition within a global, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates across online platforms, communities, and talent pools.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to secure suitable timeslots.
- Support drafting and updating job descriptions, as well as posting openings on job boards and social media channels.
- Participate in recruitment projects, including employer branding, referral programs, job fairs, and campus events.
- Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and recruitment priorities.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and strong willingness to grow in Talent Acquisition.
