Recruitment (80%)
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Administrative Support (20%)
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
- Provide logistical support for recruitment events and activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.
Requirement
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Human or related fields.
- Proven ability to successfully conduct employer branding campaigns or similar initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
