RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the execution of campus recruitment programs (e.g., Mega Campus Connect) to attract and engage young talent.
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels to maximize candidate reach.
- Source candidates and screen CVs based on job requirements; build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Assist in drafting and updating recruitment materials, including job descriptions, job postings, and candidate communications.
- Support recruitment reporting and data consolidation when required.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of candidate information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Third- or final-year students majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Able to work full-time in 6 months and 5-day per week
- Good command of English (written and spoken), especially in reading and writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva, Design is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Passion for Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition
