Join our Talent Acquisition team within Amaris Consulting, you will support our recruitment efforts by mapping skills and competencies within Amaris Consulting and enhancing our responsiveness in attracting top professionals.
Your missions:
- Research candidate profiles and contribute to the development of candidate databases.
- Prepare consultant files in a corporate template for client presentations.
- Complete candidate information and map their skills in the internal system.
- Publish and refresh job offers on the company website, social networks, forums, and other recruiting platforms.
- Support recruitment events and school activities such as Career Days, Job Fairs, and Company Tours.
- Develop a specialized professional network on social media.
- Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Participate in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader or manager.
Your profile:
- Final year student or fresh graduate available for a full-time 6-month internship.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong research skills.
- You demonstrate a team-oriented approach and a pioneering mindset.
