Key Contributions
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedTalent Acquisition Internto join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networks
- Create and update job postings across internal and external platforms
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system
- Participate in employer branding and hiring initiatives
- Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- Final-year studentsorrecent graduatesmajoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior HR internship experience isa plus
- Able to dedicatefull-timeavailability for a36 monthengagement
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills
- Positive, professional attitude and passion for people-related work
- Good Englishcommunication skills are mandatory
