The Talent Acquisition team is seeking for a final-year student or fresh graduate who is passionate about connecting with talents and building an engaging employer branding to support hiring activities and help attract potential candidates.

The Role

1. Recruitment tasks (60%)

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, reviewing profiles, and conducting initial screenings for suitable positions.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment documentation such as job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct market research on job roles, hiring trends, and salary benchmarks to identify opportunities for improving recruitment strategies and effectiveness.
  • Support tracking and updating candidate information in the ATS.
  • Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and engaging interview experience for candidates.

2. Employer Branding tasks (40%)

  • Refresh, write, and distribute content across internal and external platforms to support recruitment and employer branding.
  • Participate in brainstorming ideas and organizing internal engagement activities.
  • Assist in designing recruitment materials and graphic templates.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns, mini-games, and external events to attract candidates and increase referrals.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, with a strong passion for recruitment.
  • Ability to commit to at least 4 working days per week and 6-month internship period.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Well-structured communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a responsible and diligent attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Public speaking or event hosting skills are a big advantage.
