JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidate profiles for assigned positions;
- Directly participate in interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates; coordinate with line managers in the recruitment of specific positions;
- Appraise and/or support the recruitment of key positions of member units within the division;
- Support senior recruitment specialists in completing required documentation in accordance with Group regulations.
Talent Sourcing
- Develop plans and budgets, and implement talent sourcing programs/projects;
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to ensure stability and continuously improve the quality of talent pipelines;
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment communication activities.
Recruitment Process Management at Division Level
- Communicate, guide, advise, support, and monitor business units in implementing recruitment processes, sources, and recruitment channels;
- Evaluate and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes at business units.
Recruitment Data Management
- Manage and maintain online/offline recruitment channels;
- Build and maintain a candidate database/talent pool;
- Implement recruitment and sourcing activities for new projects;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Human Resource Management or Tourism Management);
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment;
- Solid professional knowledge of Human Resource Management, especially in mass recruitment and talent pipeline development;
- Strong skills in planning, work organization, communication, problem-solving, and presentation;
- Proficient in English and office software applications;
- Able to work under high pressure, with a positive and proactive attitude, and willing to travel for work.
