Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and ensuring positions are filled within the agreed timeline.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Create and manage job advertisements to maximize candidate reach and attract high-quality talent.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for business needs.
• Monitor recruitment market trends and talent insights to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain positive employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment data and exit interview feedback to identify trends and recommend talent acquisition improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Passionate about recruitment with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in utilizing recruitment channels and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and other networking tools to attract talent.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for Fintech, IT, Logistics or other fast-growing industries.
• Experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
