THE TEAM

The Talent & Culture team is dedicated to creating a positive and engaging associate experience across the entire employee lifecycle. From talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement and development, the team partners with leaders across the resort to build a high-performing workforce and foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

YOUR ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting employer branding initiatives, and delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure new hires successfully integrate into the organization while promoting New World Phu Quoc Resort as an employer of choice.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to successful onboarding
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels and talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and department leaders
• Conduct reference checks and support employment offer processes
• Develop and strengthen employer branding across recruitment platforms and social media
• Represent the resort at career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events
• Build relationships with educational institutions and recruitment partners
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate all pre-employment requirements
• Coordinate onboarding readiness with relevant departments
• Organize and facilitate orientation and welcome programs
• Monitor new hire integration and probation follow-up activities
• Collect feedback and improve onboarding initiatives
• Maintain recruitment records and HR systems accurately
• Prepare recruitment reports
• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks
• Support Talent & Culture projects and associate engagement activities

COULD THIS BE YOU

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Experience with recruitment systems is preferred
• Presentation, MC, or event-hosting experience is an advantage
