Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Location: Da Nang City

Working hours: Mon-Sat (8 AM - 5PM)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Manufacturing Industry, located in Da Nang City, Vietnam. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional tasks include recruiting, developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, and managing manufacturing recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Factory Recruitment knowledge and experience
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
